GFC Lighting Wholesalers, Inc. has been widely recognized for the past 20 years, in the construction industry, for its expertise with the ever changing lighting industry. Through specified packages or valued engineer packages we will be able to provide true budget numbers that are net to the developers, construction manager, or the electrical contractor.   We manufacture, design and import custom fixtures to meet any lighting demand as well as distribute all major lighting U.S manufactures.  
                                                           
Over the years our reputation has been built, to a large extent, on our ability to be an extension of project management for the clients we serve.  We take the pressure off the owner by going through the construction process of reading the drawing and providing alternative fixtures that meet all lighting levels and design.  Once the package is chosen we than go through the submittal process and meet with the architects and engineers to expedite the submittals.Once we have confirmed documents we than order the fixtures, store all fixtures at no cost to the owner and ship according to the demands of the project by staging pallets for each and every section.  In doing so, the electrician, can than organize and control the lighting installation of the project. In keeping the receiving of fixtures in check and under control he will than eliminates damage, and theft of the lighting fixtures.We just dont distribute lighting fixtures, we project manage each and every site and provide steady communication to assure the task is complete.

GFC Lightings goal is to serve our client in an intelligent, responsive, cost-effective manner. 
This is accomplished by nurturing a friendly working arrangement with the client and by providing the additional services:   

Assign a full time Union project manager who will stay in contact with the construction Manager, electrical, and owner representatives.

Provide onsite troubleshooting & insure accurate measurements for linear lighting, and under counter lighting.

Prepare and review bid packages.

Identify long lead-time materials.

Recommend cost saving options based on bids and specifications.

Manufacture custom fixtures that meet local and union electrical codes.  

Provide shop drawings for custom items.

Store all material at GFC Lightings, insured & secure, warehouse.

Schedule and coordinate all shipments to the job site.

Provide in house union drivers.

Constant updates from our vendors that are forwarded to the construction team,to insure manpower requirements.

Progress reports on shipments to the site with attached Bill of Ladings.

Attend regular progress meetings.
